Real Estate Mediation

Most residential property in California is purchased using the California Association of Realtor’s form: "California Residential Purchase Agreement." A provision of this contract provides that parties will mediate any dispute arising from the purchase agreement.  Conflicts involving misunderstandings, mistakes and non-disclosures between Buyers, Sellers, Agents and Brokers can be quickly resolved at reduced cost by using mediation.

Residential and commercial landlord-tenant contracts and disputes can settled through mediation rather than lengthily and costly litigation proceedings.

Emotions run high in neighbor disputes since they involve "where a person lives." As these conflicts are extremely stressful, resolving the dispute in a timely and economical manner through mediation is an attractive alternative to prolonged and expensive litigation.

In addition to extensive business management experience, I have the following real estate experience:

• Completed the California Department of Real Estate real estate salesperson coursework

• Experience in residential construction as a general contractor

• Residential landlord

• Mediated several real estate related disputes

I offer specialized mediation expertise in the following areas:
